Steps to achieving a more vibrant and meaningful life.

Are you aspiring to live a more vibrant and meaningful life? There are steps we can take to live a more fulfilling life. This process of creating more prosperity in our lives doesn't just show up. We must actively develop a level of awareness to our thoughts, beliefs, feelings and behaviors to harness our desires, creating abundance. Here are 9 steps to creating more prosperity.

Define your values. What matters to you?
A Life Coaching exercise I do with clients is to have them write a description of what they want their life to look like. This is a simple exercise you can do at home.

Take inventory of you life.
Write down all the actions, thoughts, beliefs, emotions, behavior patterns that do not align with your values and vision of what you want your life to look like.

Make a commitment to change your thought process and beliefs.
Our thoughts drive the outcome of our life. Thoughts provoke emotions and emotions create our daily actions. Actions equal our life results. Start with your mindset and thoughts. When we are able to separate our thoughts from our emotions, we live in mindfulness. In this space of mindfulness is our ability to create a life we desire.

Self-Love.
Shut down the critic in your head that tells you that you aren't good enough or perfect just the way you are. Treat yourself with love and kindness.

Connection.
Share your life with other people that feels good and contributes to your wellbeing and life goals. Give back to them with love and appreciation. Connect on a deeper level with people to develop more meaningful relationships.

Heal your past.
Forgiveness and letting go of the pain of your past takes time but opens your life up for more positive energy to come into your life. You can begin the process of letting go of your past by cleaning out things that you no longer use or remind you of uncomfortable times in your life.

Spend time with your self.
Spend time in solitude getting to know who your are. You can meditate or spend quite time doing something that you love. Connecting with nature is a wonderful way to reconnect with yourself. This helps ground your mind, body, and spirit.

Take responsibility.
As long as you blame others for what is happening to you, or if you keep yourself in a victim mindset, you will never be able to develop your ability to create a life you desire. Successful people understand that it is their reaction to life that determines the results of their lives. They are willing to observe their negative patterns to develop a healthier mindset.

Each day take action.
In order for your life to change, you have to consciously make changes. This takes effort and commitment. This all starts with the quality of your thoughts. Get in touch with your feelings towards money, eating healthy, exercising, relationships, and overall success in general. Take one small positive step each day and you will adapt to the process of change.
