Are you fighting the negative voice in your head?

How many times have you doubted yourself? You had a goal insight, but your negative voice kept playing on rewind? Pretty soon you are believing the negative dialogue in your head! This can be debilitating to any goal you may have in life.

Achieving a goal does not happen by chance. Ultimately, we must believe in ourselves and our abilities. Which leads to driving our actions towards our goal.

What do you do if the negative dialogue takes over and keeps playing out in your head?

Switch the script! Or give a different perspective that equals positive beliefs.

For example, a few years before meeting my husband I thought I would never marry again. Having failed at a previous marriage I held onto a negative belief that I was damaged and not relationship worthy. I would tell myself, “I am not good enough and will always be alone.”

Eventually, I had to get honest with myself. Was this negative belief something I adopted to protect myself from failing again? The answer was yes!

Realizing this, I was now aware and could challenge the negative dialogue. I switched the script to, “I am enjoying my alone time. Soon I will be sharing my beautiful life with a healthy partner.”

This switching of inner dialogue and perspective can be applied to all life goals or desires and helps release our self-sabotaging behaviors.

Remember you are deserving to achieve your health goals, have a flourishing career, or loving partnership. It is right there in the awareness to your thoughts. This will direct the outcome you deserve and desire.
