Bodhi Method health and wellness counseling is an all-inclusive process. Danielle works with her clients on mindset, emotional well-being, movement of the body, and the relationship with their spirit. She understands and knows the value of integrative medicine, nutrition, and the life changing benefits to being self-aware.

Danielle looks at the whole client to get to the root of lifestyle imbalances. This includes the client’s environmental influences, relationships, profession, and any other cause of life stresses creating imbalances. Danielle offers a 30-minute free consultation for new clients.

Holistic Medicine & Nutrition

Danielle’s nutrition method is holistic and integrative medicine to promote balance between the client mind and body. She honors each person in their genetics, tendencies, and true nature. Danielle understands that her client’s lifestyle influences their health, energy, and cause of disease. Correcting those imbalances through an organic diet, herbs, mindful eating, and a holistic lifestyle approach is essential to bring the body back in to homeostasis. This helps empower the client in understanding their relationship with food and the healing impact it has to their life. Danielle has worked with clients to heal endocrine stress and dysfunctions, infertility, PCOS, hyper/hypothyroidism, diabetes, digestive disturbances, energy imbalances, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, IBS, menopause, overeating, and anxiety. Danielle will help you restore your alignment with your true nature and maximize your body’s potential to heal itself.

Life Coaching

Danielle’s Life Coaching approach is holistic and spiritual. Her purpose is to co-create with her client and be a guide to their unique spiritual nature. This is a powerful healing process and life transforming. Her focus is on how the client is showing up in the present moment and the actions to move through and forward to create the life her client desires. The goal is to help her client recognize their own abilities, strength, courage, and course of action using introspective practices to develop a deeper understanding of their spiritual essence and resiliency. Danielle and her clients observe environmental influences and the internal relationship with themselves to create a mind, body, and spirit balance. This includes the clients mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, lifestyle, relationships, professional, health, well-being, and creativity. The overall goal is to create openness of the client’s heart, expansion in their spiritual being, and harmony within.

 

Wellness

Danielle’s wellness practice encompasses different meditation mindful exercises. Which includes breath work, energy healing and journaling to improve the client’s overall well-being. These mindfulness techniques help reduce stress, ease depression and anxiety, and create clarity from an over-active thought process of the mind. The benefits of mindfulness meditation practices are greater self-awareness and an over-all happier life, creating a deeper sense of peace to the client’s spirit. In holistic wellness the breath is the life force and energy to humans and the divine connection. The focus is on the breath, the sensation of energy flowing through the body, and the five sensory of the mind and body. Danielle’s practice incorporates different styles of meditation that includes awareness of breath, imagery, body scanning, mindfulness focus, sensory meditation, somatic movement and healing.
