What's going on professionally?

I recently spent a month with my head in the textbooks studying for a midterm exam for the Ayurvedic Medicine Program. Doing very well on the exam I then shifted my focus on my recertification for Somatic Movement. If you are not familiar with Somatic Movement, it is focused on our sensory impressions and physiological movement patterns of the body, which allows the body to rest and digest. It is very much connected to my Ayurvedic Doctor program. Along, with my Somatic Movement recertification I am venturing off to a 10-day immersion program in Costa Rica to study under world-renowned Yoga Nidra Master Teacher Ally Boothroyd from Canada. So much learning going on to deepen my health and wellness practice and share with you!

What am I offering at this moment?
Currently, all of my client's sessions are virtual. This provides flexibility and is highly effective. Please reach out to me if you would like to set up a 30-minute free consultation.

What does a session entail?
When a client first comes to me, I do a detailed health, wellness, and lifestyle evaluation. The first things we focus on is the client's nutrition and any lifestyle imbalances that need to be addressed. If a client is feeling anxiety, we focus on grounding somatic practices and meditation exercise to regain a since of mind body stabilization. A client can come to me feeling a little off and depressed, in that state we focus creative aspects of themselves that need to be reconnected with their true nature providing the client lightness and energy. With the realm of my practice, we focus on the "wheel of life", which is personal growth, creativity, internal and external environment, profession, health, wellness, and relationships. This is the basis and foundation to Life Coaching and Health and Wellness Counseling. Here is an outline of focused modalities:

Workshops
I will be offering free workshops to surrounding communities. The focus will be on somatic movement and restorative practices to help release stress that accumulates within the body.
