I had no idea that when I met Danielle my life would be so transformed.  

I feel like with the support, trust, and relationship I have built with Danielle, I can do anything I put my mind too!

I never knew there was so much to learn about myself through training, nutrition and fitness. I did not know that a personal trainer and life coach would play such a key role in supplying me with tangible lessons on how to accept my imperfections, love myself, take responsibility for my actions, and to fully embrace life. Danielle has taught me so much.  She has demonstrated to me how it is okay to let your light shine, embrace enlightenment, and be the absolute best you can be.  Danielle is a true reflection of a wonderful human being with knowledge way beyond her years and a true light in this world. I am not living my life in fear of anything anymore.  Danielle has shown me that if I continue towards my goals, no matter how small, I can be successful at anything I chose to do.  I am designing the life I have always dreamed of and want to live.  I feel like with the support, trust, and relationship I have built with Danielle, I can do anything I put my mind too!  I love the fact that I am now able to look at and fully appreciate how far I have come.  Danielle, thanks for making such an impact on my life.  I can never repay you! Let's just say turning 40 threw me for a loop!

I've worked with her over the years and she just understands the female body so well!

I found that I was struggling with my weight and my body was changing in really weird ways. Not only was I struggling with my body changing I started too feel like my hormones were all over the place and I was easily affected by stress. I felt like my life was moving so fast and I couldn't get a handle on the breaks. All of this started to make me unravel at the seams. That's when I decided it was time to reach out to Danielle!!  I've worked with her over the years and she just understands the female body so well!  I trusted her and I knew that if I stuck to the meal plans and workouts I could get the job done with the tweaking of my crazy hormones. It was amazing how quickly I started to feel like myself again. There were those days that I wanted to shut down and run away but, she would remind me that we all go through this process. She would tell me It's important on how to recognize what we're feeling. To break it down and work on each feeling one at a time.  I felt like I had to get my mind right before getting my body on track.  And for that I thank her!


I will always be grateful that she is not only my coach she is my friend.  I will continue my journey and know she will be there to provide me with encouragement and support!

Trust. Not the first word that comes to mind when you think about health and fitness.

It definitely wasn't something I was expecting to learn when I started on this journey with Danielle. However, it turned into one of my biggest lessons. I was not very kind to my body. Was not achieving the results I wanted and was losing my passion for fitness. Through Danielle's guidance, I achieved a better understanding of my body. How to train it. How to fuel it! How to LOVE and take care of it. I regained my motivation to workout. As I watched my body transform, I learned to trust it. To trust my body and that it will take care of me if I take care of it. I learned to trust the process. I learned to trust myself and that to believe that I am capable and strong enough to achieve the goals I've set. I learned all of this because I 100% whole-heartedly trusted Danielle. She's knowledgeable, patient, intuitive, and magically knew exactly what I needed, and what my body needed. This process has forever changed me and my approach to health and fitness. I am so so grateful to her and all that she's given me.

Working with Danielle has been empowering and also enlightening!

She taught me that health and being fit is more than just nutrition or how much weight you are lifting and the number on the scale.

It is about finding a balance with all things in your life to be best you can be without over-exhausting your efforts for the wrong reasons or people. She taught me the power of "NO"! Which, was significant because it gave me power over my life. If something or someone didn’t align with my goals, I started listening to my heart (gut/Intuition) and then decide.Becoming more self-aware gave me time to understand who I was to everybody that needed me. It forced me to learn more about myself; which I never made time to do before. It is a priority in order to be a better woman, employee, student, manager, mother and individual overall.
